Terms of Service

1. The agreement

untitled cards is a product of Ketryon AB (company reg. no. 559551-1030), a Swedish company with its registered office in Eskilstuna (“untitled”, “we”, “us”). By using untitled or creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy with these terms.

2. What untitled is

untitled is a pin board for notes, photos, videos, documents and the lines between them. You can:

• use it without an account, with your boards stored only in your browser;
• sign in with your email address to sync your boards and files between your devices, with photos, videos and files (PDFs, and the Word documents, spreadsheets and decks you bring in) up to a storage allowance (currently 2 GB, or 50 GB with untitled Plus); past it, new ones stay on the device you added them on;
• export any board, with its photos, as a single file;
• paste a web address as a link card, whose title, description and pictures our server fetches from that page;
• when signed in, share a board through a view-only link, and publish one board as a public page at untitled.cards/@your-handle (see Your page);
• when signed in, ask the frog (an AI) to draw a doodle, within a daily allowance.

untitled is free to use. untitled Plus is an optional paid plan (see untitled Plus); you're never charged unless you choose it.

3. untitled Plus

untitled Plus lets you approve people to edit your boards (they don't need Plus themselves) and comment on them, syncs more photos, videos and files, gives the frog more doodles a day, and lets your page go without the “Made with untitled” badge and live at your own domain. It costs 69 kr a month or 549 kr a year, VAT included. Outside Sweden you see and pay the price in your own currency where Stripe supports it, converted at Stripe's exchange rate. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.

• Plus renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing, and Plus runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Plus starts as soon as you pay, at your request. If you're a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw; because the service has already started, we may keep a part of the price for the days used. Write to hello@ketryon.com to withdraw.
• If Plus ends, people you approved stop being able to edit, new photos, videos and files past the free allowance stop syncing, and your page shows the badge again at untitled.cards/@your-handle instead of your own domain; your boards and everything already on them stay yours.
• We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link or code we email you, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your untitled account, and should tell us at hello@ketryon.com if you think someone else has used it.

5. Your content

You own what you put on untitled: notes, documents, photos, videos and everything else on your boards (“your content”). If you sign in, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run untitled for you, such as syncing it to your devices and, for a board you share or publish, showing it to the people who open it (for a published page, anyone, including search engines), including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload. We don't sell your content, don't look through it except when needed to keep untitled running or safe, and don't use it to train AI models.

6. Your page

You can publish one of your boards as a page. It shows the board as it was when you last published it, to anyone, without signing in, until you take it down. You're responsible for what it shows, including the links on it and what their previews show (they come from the sites they link to).

• Your handle (the name after untitled.cards/@) must not pretend to be someone else, mislead people or infringe someone's rights. Some names are kept for us. We may change or take back a handle that breaks these terms, and tell you why.
• With untitled Plus you can show your page at a domain you own or control. You add the DNS records we show you, and you stay responsible for the domain and its registration. If Plus ends, or you remove the domain, we stop serving your page there.
• We may add the “Made with untitled” badge to pages without Plus.

7. Reporting a page or shared board

If you come across a published page or shared board that you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, write to hello@ketryon.com with its address and why. We look at every report promptly, may remove the content or take the page down, and tell both the person who reported it and the person who published it what we decided and why, unless the law or safety prevents it.

8. The frog's doodles

Doodles are drawn by AI (Anthropic's Claude) from the words you type. They can be rough, wrong or unlike what you had in mind, and similar requests can give other people similar doodles, so they aren't unique to you. You're free to use the doodles you get.

Requests are checked automatically and some will be refused; the check can occasionally get it wrong either way. Each account has a daily allowance (currently 10 doodles a day, or 30 with untitled Plus), and refused requests count towards it. We may change the allowance, or pause doodles for everyone for a while to keep costs in check.

9. Keeping a copy

Boards stored in your browser disappear if its data is cleared, and syncing copies deletions as well as changes. Sync isn't a backup: for anything you can't afford to lose, use Export now and then and keep the file somewhere safe.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use untitled to:

• store or share anything illegal, including content that sexually exploits children;
• store content that infringes someone else's rights, or harasses or threatens people;
• spread malware or phishing;
• try to get around the frog's content check or daily allowance, or use it to draw anything this list rules out;
• break, probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer untitled, or get around its limits;
• resell untitled, or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

11. Our service

untitled's software, design, name and frog belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use untitled, nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

We work to keep untitled available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by things outside our control. We improve it all the time and may add, change or remove features; if we remove something you rely on, we'll tell you in advance where we can.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using untitled at any time, and delete your account in the app (or ask us to) as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we must by law.

If we stop offering untitled, we'll give signed-in users at least 30 days' notice, so there's time to export your boards.

13. Warranties and liability

untitled is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data you could have kept by exporting it.

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 1,000 SEK. None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email signed-in users at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using untitled after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using untitled and ask us to delete your account.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Eskilstuna District Court (Eskilstuna tingsrätt) as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts, and you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
